Care instructions

PRINTED APPAREL

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer’s recommended amount of detergent. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners. If possible, avoid drying your printed items in a dryer, as this type of drying can damage the printing.  When it comes to ironing, use a cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.

EMBROIDERED HEADWEAR

Wipe clean with a damp cloth if possible.

If you need to wash your embroidered headwear, always hand wash hats in cold water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. - Allow hats to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat. - Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Shipping policy

HANDLING

All orders are dispatched from L.A.Y.M CLOTHING within 1-7 business days, with the exclusion of pre-order items and local delivery.  We cannot take responsibility for any parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delaid, lost or damaged shipments. Please check your info as we cannot help with orders sent to invalid or incorrect addresses.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items aim to be shipped within two weeks of pre-order close date.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you have selected local delivery, your order is a priority, and we will be in touch to drop it off to you ASAP

CUSTOMS

You may be responsible for any import taxes or duties on international orders. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. L.A.Y.M CLOTHING has no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information

We will try our absolute best to get your orders to you ASAP. Please be patient and feel free to reach out if you have any issues

Returns and refunds​

We want to make sure you love your new L.A.Y.M gear, so if there's an issue, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
 

CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE

If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it! (Depending on stock) Change of mind and wrong size returns must be posted back at the customer’s expense. If you don't want to exchange an item, we can offer store credit. No refunds are given for change or mind or wrong size returns.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is found to be faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives with a fault, (incorrect item, damage etc.) Please let us know right away and return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
