Hey mates! my name is Ingrid, I'm a 25-year-old from Albury NSW. I created L.A.Y.M to help break down the stigma around men’s mental health and raise money for charity.
As a young Aussie living in the age bracket for the highest suicide rate, from school mates, co-workers & very good friends, l've lost far too many amazing men in my life to suicide.
I decided that I wanted to try and make a difference, Even if it was small. So, in 2019 L.A.Y.M Clothing was launched in hopes to honour those I have lost and remind people to Look After Your Mates. A simple conversation can literally save a life.
L.A.Y.M Clothing is growing our brand and spreading the message far and wide. Reaching all the way from Albury to Far North Queensland, Turkey and even Argentina.
Every single sale helps men's mental health and can help start an important conversation among mates.
